Should a repair be necessary, a Toshiba certified engineer will be dispatched to your location by the end of the next business day. Even if it is just an easy repair, you can freely decide whether Toshiba shall send a service part for you to replace or dispatch a Toshiba certified engineer to your location.With this service you can also keep your hard disk drive in case it needs to be replaced and get a free battery exchange after its standard warranty has ended.

Service Description |
With the Gold On-site Repair, Next Business Day Response Service a Dynabook Certified Engineer will be dispatched to your location, in many countries within the next business day (cut-off time for service case logging: 3 p.m.). In case the service part can easily be replaced by yourself, you can decide if the service part should be sent to you for self-repair instead. The Hard Drive Retention Service allows you to keep the HDD/SSD should it need to be replaced. After the standard warranty of your battery has expired, you are entitled to a one-time battery replacement. |
